Quotes and pricing
Any prices shown on this site are general guide ranges to help you plan. They are not fixed quotes. A binding price is only ever given in writing after we have assessed the specific situation, and work only proceeds once that written price is agreed.
Our services
We will carry out agreed work with reasonable skill and care, in line with relevant health-and-safety and waste regulations. Some outcomes, for example whether an odour or stain can be fully removed, depend on factors outside our control, and we will always be honest with you about what is realistically achievable.
Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. It simply lets us contact you to discuss how we can help. How we handle your information is set out in our privacy notice.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, our responsibility is limited to the services we actually agree to provide and carry out.
